Cody Ross why mcdaniels tho? The browns have tried bringing in OCs as head coaches and it almost never works. We need nfl head coaching experience and thats why we need McCarthy. Mcdaniels has already been a head coach and he failed. McCarthys had a winning pedigree and a super bowl ring.

@Cody Ross That would be part of it. If you go with the intalytics side of things. Witch is the way they’re going. Mike makes the most sense. He has a proven track record. And is one hell of a QB coach. Obviously Baker needs one in a major way. McDaniel’s hasn’t groomed a QB. He has only worked with a really good one.
