7-9 or 8-8 season, and that’s if we keep Winston. We can continue our year after year mediocrity or we can dump Winston draft a rookie, sign a veteran QB, and start to rebuild. Either way we ain’t gonna be contending for at least 3 years.

    Ray Prine

They are going to stand a good chance of making the playoffs in 2020/ this run at the end shows how they are coming together, Defence, offence and kicking improved

    Tony G

@Ray Prine we’ll see after the off season. Problem is with the money we have to spend our team is going to lose talent. We have to pay Shaq a boatload of money and James as well assuming we keep him. So we’ll probably lose JPP. If not we’ll definitely lose Suh and Nassib. We still need a RG and RT that can run block and a RB that can play all 3 downs and catch out of the backfield. I don’t see how we’ll be competetive. Teams that are competetive have either an elite QB making big money or a good young QB on a rookie deal (Chiefs had an elite QB on a rookie deal, the best circumstance). Paying a mediocre QB that turns the ball over insanely often a lot of money isn’t how you build a winning team.

    Jay Els

Tony G crazy how they didn’t build a team while Winston was on his rookie deal.
