As a package, coaching, QB, receivers, running, etc their offense is not top half. Of course they have to win 2 out of 3 games, they have to average over 20 points a game, and they have to approach top half in offensive categories like scoring, yards, possession. He will keep the job if that happens, a few losses along with sub 20 point performances and a lot of 3-5 plays and outs will see a change, at that point the coaches job is on the line.
