And the next 4 are extremely winnable games, i can’t see Detroit going less than 9-8 and a 10-7 wildcard could become one of the greatest season turnarounds ever.
They should have beat Buff. Missed FG and a drop TD but its ok, just missing beats not showing up.

Well, since most people nationally and even in Detroit thought they would only win three or four games this year, yes this has been very very impressive from the lions. Whether they make the playoffs or not, they’re not the same old lions anymore, they’re a different and a better team than they’ve been in a long long time. The lions have competed against good teams this year, they almost beat two very good teams in the eagles and the bills. I hope they make the playoffs, you know, they’ve got one of the best receivers in the game in Aman ra st. Brown, who not too many people talk about and Goff has been very good this year and this defense isn’t a typical lions defense.

Even if we don’t get into the playoffs I am so excited for the trajectory of this team. With another upcoming Brad Holmes draft we will get those few more pieces we need to have a complete team and next year we are going to be difficult to deal with. Let’s keep on crushing it tho
Yo, we have 2-1st round picks and 2 second rounders in the 2023 draft too…gonna be insane.
No one was expecting them to make the playoffs this year anyways. So, even if they win say 8 games but miss the playoffs, this team is on an exciting trajectory for the next decade. Because let’s be honest if you asked people nationally or in Detroit how many people thought they were gonna win 8 or even 7 games? I’d say basically no one. Think of this, no matter how this season finishes off they still get a high first round draft pick in compensation for the Matt Stafford trade.
I’m fine with missing the playoffs or making it. Doubled our wins I would say we can still win 8-10 games this szn but 2 first round picks is crazy. Lions will win division next yr
