I agree. I remember Breshad Perriman and Hollywood Brown, neither one was all that great. I expect the Ravens to do what they usually do, take a linebacker, defensive end, or O lineman with their first pick. (they might even trade it). I’m sure they are already looking at every single player in the draft and trying to figure out what would help them the most.
I don’t think the Ravens passing woes are the fault of the receivers. I blame the caching staff and game planning more than anything else.
@Clint Walker Brown was a very productive at OU. Despite his size, nobody thought he wasn’t 1st round material.
@Ginga I know Brown was very good in college, the Ravens took him ahead of Lamar Jackson. However, he hasn’t done a lot for the Ravens, he’s not a bad receiver, but he’s not “big time” either.
Like I say, I think the “run first” game planning the Ravens have basically always had it the biggest problem.
@Clint Walker Fylly agreed. The philosophy does need to change. I like Hollywood and Andrew’s and there’s potential with guys like Duvernay and Boykin but more talent is still needed.

So I guess all the hype about drafting Miles boykin is forgotten about now…..isn’t he a big receiver…….if you can’t pass block who the receivers are doesn’t matter…..and if you can’t even snap the ball without sending it over your quarterbacks head which results in him getting knocked out of the game with a concussion what are your priorities.
