It’s called a system/schemes that can fit for a players ability to bring the best out of that said player. For sure he will tweak it alittle to bring out the best in each player on that field on defense and put them in the best positions to flourish in that System/scheme

It’s still gonna be the scheme he usually runs tho. Jeff Ulbrich is very familiar with the defense and Saleh trusts him enough to call the plays. It’s not like Ulbrich is implementing a scheme he’ll just be the play caller.
