This is a great evaluation season excited for the future 🐻 ⬇️
What are they able to evaluate? This team is learning to lose. There is no foundation and you can see it on the coaches faces. They are in over their head and this is going to be an ugly ugly decade.
Everyone on the roster players are always being evaluated y’all would know if you understood the game of football 🏈

For a first time head coach dealing with a major rebuild and constantly changing roster Flus is handling things well.
I would like to see more screens with Evans and Jones… As well as Chase Claypool… But they also need to throw him more deep routes and jump balls because he can usually win the contest…same thing for Harry..🎉 the referees don’t blow the calls on pass interference against him… It’s ridiculous How many times he’s been hit or contacted before the ball gets there, or when the ball gets there, and nothing is called… It’s really frustrating and blatant… And these referees need to be penalized or fined a days pass because it’s better to make the call instead of watching the replay, knowing that you blew it again… And they really need to review all the plays not just specific ones. That Chase Claypool penalty that wasn’t called should never happen again… Why couldn’t they review it since every single person in the stadium, including Dolphins fans, thought it was pass interference, and they got away with it… Do you watch the replay, and they got away with it… The referees knew it because it was so blatant… So why not allow the refs to review the egregious mistake and correct it? So what if it adds 30 to 40 seconds to the game… Nobody cares… it’s football, not baseball and getting it right is a priority since they have the technology to do it. Velus has never muffed a kick in college and unfortunately he had 2 on a bad day for him, but that shouldn’t keep him off the field since he’s always been very steady.. and he has to be given more opportunities in the offense because he’s just too explosive as a big play weapon.Throw him a quick slant route on time and he’s capable of scoring quickly, and use Ebner in a screen or halfback option.Pringle, Pettis, ESB, Claypool and Harry can only get better if they throw the ball more often..So Justin will hopefully play because they need to prove they are capable of beating AAron and then shut Fields down..

But it will get better. Justin Fields and many of his teammates are brand new to this system. And of course Fields is going through the process of becoming an NFL QB — one of the most challenging positions, in all of sports.
Brighter days are coming — but there will be some more tough times ahead.

Why is everyone saying Flus is best coach ever when we are 3-9. We are worst than when we had Matt Nagy. All they’ve done is tear this team apart and now our defense is horrible. 👏
Have you watched any game? Or even heard any news AT ALL this season?? We have traded away all our players, we are in full rebuild. Learn football before you speak. It’s a process.
Can’t wait for this dude to get fired, bad hire from day one. The only bright spot of this team is JF, a guy picked by the last regime. Poles does not seem to be a good evaluator of talent, I hope he proves me wrong next year.
