Though Zimmer was good for the defense, makes sense as he was a former defensive coordinator, so it probably would’ve been a good idea to at least keep him as a defensive coordinator. But O’Connell is easily the best head coach we’ve had in a long while.

The Vikings need to stay coordinated and consistent. Let’s be honest, the refs have never been with us. And I could see them trying to call unjustified penalties. Vikings play at 0-0. And please don’t have any swell head moments. Shake off that until we get to the final round.

We need a new play book. Mix up with alot of different receivers. Cousins needs to roll out of the pocket if there is to much pressure. Defense needs to go full out donkey kong.
I’m not sure this is the time to change the playbook. What we have has gotten us to 13-4. The off season is the time to change up their game

The disrespect this team gets from the national media is wild. They act like this team is the devil.
It’s been years since I’ve noticed that. There’s no excuse for them to not acknowledge this team with how things have been this season, but the fact that they’re still ignoring the Vikings is still no surprise to me.
We ARE the devil…F*** the national media, I would/do personally thrive in such situations and this team seems to do well this year also, here is to hoping we are truely the devil and kill many teams/hopes this year!
O’Connell’s demeanor has changed. Rarely see him smile anymore outside of the post-game speeches. He was so happy go-lucky at the beginning of the season. This job has taken it’s toll. I hope it doesn’t change him as a person.
