He’s got his head screwed on right. He understands that winning is the only thing that counts, and that the way to do that is to try to get better every week. He also understands that sometimes the best answer to a question is a short one.

Hurts has alot of things to improve on if he wants to be an elite and winning QB. I can say I love his mentality I think he is a great leader and is perfect for philly, I also think is a natural born winner and has that clutch gene to do whatever it takes to win. Right now he’s proven he can win a game pretty much with just his legs but he needs to develop making quick decisions with accuracy. I like that he doesn’t force throws and is pretty smart with the football but he needs to be able to make them tight throws sometimes or he’s just not gonna make it as a NFL QB. If he can become half of a passer as someone like mahomes, brady, arod, herbert, etc with his running ability then he will be serious threat. I really hope he can develop into atleast that elite QB I think he can be.

Give it time. The guy is only in his 2nd year and first year as the starting QB. You are expecting too much from him at this point early on his career. He’s will Mike Vick 2.0 you will see.
From the games Iβve seen, he likes to buy time and take big play shots downfield. He ignores the easy passes a lot. Once he starts checking down or taking the 5-15 yard passes, heβll be better.
