That line is going to be solid this season.
This team is not going anywhere this season so I would plan for the future. Try to trade the 13th pick for 3 – #2 picks, That way they would have 3 – #1’s and 3 – #2’s as additional picks. This would not include their own picks.
2023 – 2 #1’s and 2 #2’s
2024 – 2 #1’s and 2 #2’s
2025 – 2 #1’s and 2 #2’s
Sign free agents to one or two year deals and keep the salary cap low. The 2024 and 2025 you could fill in holes with cap money. They could also trade some of the # 1’s each year to spread the money out over a 10 year period. If you have too many #1’s come up every four years for contract extensions then you will not be able to afford all the players.
Justin Britt looks and sounds like Post Malone minus the hair and face tattoos.
Jermaine Johnson is the best edge rusher in this draft class.
