D/C —-O/C dont matter……… A good Coach is a good leader idk why everyone was wanting a O/C to work with Fields thats what the OC/QB coaches are for the head coach puts the best coaches in place under him …
Probably because eberflus was a defensive coordinator. They spend a lot of time watching offense. Nagy was a cheerleader for the quarterbacks.
Imagine if we had a coach like this 4 years ago?

Hopefully Coach Eberflus is completely immersed in his team and not just one area. Hopefully he trusts his coaches but oversees the the entire team.
I think he will he stated in the very first interview with him and Ryan poles that for him to be a great head coach is to over see everything and trust his coaches but we shall see but compared to Matt nagy this guy just speaks better and sounds like he has some sense on what he needs to do and not find a why

Coach, my hopes are as high as they’ve been in a long time. When I see the Bears on TV in 2022 let it be the “Monsters of the Midway” and nothing less.
Finally a coach that seems to understand situational football, halftime adjustments, and what each position should look like. Sounds like organize football to me. I’m in. 🐻⬇️

This is our head coach, invested in all parts of the game with 30 years experience to get to this point. Very excited for him to get the chance to coach the Bears. Let’s go Bears!!!!
I got a good feeling about this coach. Has a much better attitude and toughness, just seems like he has a better grasp of the game than Nagy.
It’s great to listen to a coach who knows football and what he’s taking about and has a solid plan. And sharing with us his plan of attack for the best interest of our teams success. Building a culture and unity and accountability between the staff and players. Great job Coach keep after it. Sounds so much better then we have to Figure it out and find out the Why’s. And all that word salad s??t that told you nothing
