Honestly, i hope there is some good that comes out of this lost bc at least it didn’t happen in the playoffs. So there is still time to clean up but the problem is the lack of discipline on this defense on the long ball!!! majority of there balls came from 50/50 passes that was more like gambles!! the dbs should be ashamed and i can only hope that there anger fuels them to practice harder, study more and hunker down before playoffs!! this team lacks discipline!!

Don’t say this “team” it’s just the secondary, they have been an issue for multiple seasons. Only solution is to clean house and get rid of them in the offseason, get some new guys from the draft, trades, hell anything. Until then we’re stuck with those hindrances.

Both u guys are correct!!! But last I checked offense & Defense are 1 unit! You’re only as good as your weakest link. Our defense is good minus CB!!! Its been a problem for years. A attempt to improve this was the addition of Apple but we all see how that worked out!!!

Tell our secondary to play better

Y’all were missing Klein and Alonso, but you held up well, our main issue on the defensive side is the secondary.

Dooky I think they would have made a couple stops on the run. But I don’t think it would have made a difference because the whole defense sucked as a whole. Robertson is a good LB but he’s not that good at stopping the run. His coverage is better than AJ and Kiko tho. Blame Sean and Dennis Allen for this game

Geez that secondary is a joke. Those guys make basic QBs look elite lol. These guys walked into your house and almost dropped 50 points with no problem. Where’s the pride? lol.. 48 POINTS?? … Saints DBs find new ways to embarrass themselves… story different year. But Saints fans, stop getting your hopes up… I know you love this team but defense wins championships. Offense could play the best they can but if the defense cant stop one man on a 4th and 2 play when it matters, you have problems. Try to enjoy the Saints without expectations. It helps, I promise. And you guys should be glad they lost the #1 seed. Imagine another heartbreaking loss in that dome. You loyal fans dont deserve that. Just saying..

On the bright side we have 8 interceptions in the past 5 games…that’s all I can say good about the defense.

Both defenses had a bad day. I think they just weren’t ready for each team’s offenses

That miss tackle in the red zone wasn’t a good look🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

I’m sorry but PJ Williams has got to go. Maybe Eli too. Chris Harris and Byron Jones could possibly be available this off-season. It’s time to make moves.
