STEP UP STEELERS 💯❤️ STEELERS NATION

Guillermo Ruelas

I’m not impressed with his analysis of baltimores offense I’d be impressed if they stop it.

    Go Steelers

He’s just showing respect bro to a nice scheme

    Guillermo Ruelas

@Go Steelers so what ?dont tell me how great they are tell me how your going to beat them

    Go Steelers

    @Guillermo Ruelas you seem miserable

    Guillermo Ruelas

@Go Steelers I am. haven’t you been watching this team play?

Steve Toetu

Let’s go Steelers joe Haden get them hyped

D Baus

Receivers please come back for the ball!

    MotorcycleMan

D Baus exactly. None of them turn and come back to the ball to be in front of the defender.

    Ya Boi

MotorcycleMan especially when the ball is under thrown only by maybe 2-3 yards. That’s where receivers get paid right there, making plays on bad throws/tight coverage.

Greg Lockard

Now the start Paxton comments have started smh. As if he’s going to be any different.

    Guillermo Ruelas

    What if he was tho😃

    Greg Lockard

@Guillermo Ruelas Man I hope so lol. Because from what I’ve seen, we’d have better hope playing ME as qb 😂😂.

    jaybird3368

@Greg Lockard I know! Here we go with another quarterback saving the day. Please, give me a break! Paxton Lynch a Ryan Leaf like bust!

    Freddie's Kitchen

jaybird3368, you’re basing your assesment on what, 4 or 5 games Paxton has played on a crap offense (SMH). Talk about not giving a guy a chance. Good thing you weren’t running the Steelers in the early 70’s or Bradshaw would have been long gone by the end of his first year. Do you realize that Terry Bradshaw played much worse than Lynch, and he did it for 3 years (not 4-5 games). Bradshaw was merely a game manager for 3 more years after that. He really came into his own about 6-7 years after he was drafted. I’m not saying that in this day and age you should wait 6 years for a QB to develop, but you have to give him a couple of full years. You don’t give up so soon on guys with that kind of physical talent. You’re either biased, or brainwashed by disgruntled Broncos fans, who didn’t want to admit how bad their offense really was, when Lynch was playing for them.

Jacob Gonzalez

Lets go Steelers d we need you to step up force turnovers and score that’s the way we win games

Nec Big Dog Ozzi

Last is will be a loss

Linkz GP

Another year of relying on another team to win in order for us to make the playoffs. I am sick of this mediocrity from the Mike Tomlin led Pittsburgh Steelers. I don’t like this guy when we lose

    ted kiser

    Mike McCarthy? Yes. Maybe

    Dylan Proctor

Linkz GP after all we been through such as injuries and the cards he has been dealt to work with at least we are In a situation to be in playoffs 💯 our season could easily been worse then this

    Linkz GP

@Dylan Proctor what about last season when we were 7-2-1 going into the game against the chargers with a 95% probability of making the playoffs, then STILL missing the postseason? Let’s stop congratulating Tomlin for mediocrity

    George Senda

I don’t like him when we win either.

    FIRE MIKE TOMLIN !

Picasso Pete

Singularly focused on being average

Paul Buccigrossi

Coach Tee’s team is dying on the vine. Again.

    Ya Boi

Season was over as soon as Ben went down, all the wins was just some satisfaction. All Steelers fans would’ve expected a much worse season, especially considering the injuries in other positions this year.

    Freddie's Kitchen

@Ya Boi. the Steelers defense is Super Bowl caliber since they acquired Minkah. Rudolph should have been back towards the end of the Bills game. Lynch should have been getting reps all along. The Ravens and Pats are beatable this year. The season wasn’t over, and no one was saying that 3 weeks ago. The Steelers put a lot of eggs in Duck’s basket and paid the price. That’s what happened.

Flat Earth Frank

This is the reason it’s important to have a backup QB that’s a vet.

    steelermule

Take us to the heights Landry Jones did ?????????

OBAMA IS A CRACKHEAD OBAMA IS A CRACKHEAD

we should have signed ryan fitzpatrick

Ryan Maliek

We all knew the late season collapse that happens every year was coming. This year the never ending parade of injuries had a lot to do with it. Yes Tomlin did good with what he had, but it seems it was more the easy schedule at seasons end than coaching. The secondary besides Fitzpatrick and Haden still sucks. Next year will be another 8-8 outing as the secondary will still be mediocre, we don’t have first or third round picks, and we’re in salary cap hell as always.

    ted kiser

You nailed it. I couldn’t have said it better

    Ryan Maliek

jaybird3368 Ya, and they lost to two of the worst teams too, in the second half of the season, hence the second half collapse I mentioned. The injuries were the key factor, but not the only one. Looking past teams and poor coaching decisions also played a big role.

    motherbitcoin

Ryan Maliek & everyone- lets not fight like animals- we are actually all on the same team here. It’s just that some of us like Tomlin and some of us don’t. But we still love the Steelers so let’s enjoy that

    Ryan Maliek

motherbitcoin I like Tomlin overall. He’s done great with what he has, and it would be hard to find another coach as good.

    Freddie's Kitchen

Ryan, you’re assessment of the secondary couldn’t be further from the truth. Fitzpatrick, Haden, Nelson and Hilton were all fantastic. Edmunds is currently the weak link. Hopefully, he can come around like DuPree. Other than SS, the Steelers are “above average to great” in the secondary. Three of the 4 linebackers were great. Barron and Williams were no slouches. The Steelers have a potential 3 pro-Bowlers at LB next year. Heyward, Hargrave and Tuitt make a fantastic defensive front. Signing Dupree and Hargrave should be priorities and the Steelers will have a Super Bowl caliber defense next year. They could and should apply all of their efforts to offense next year. Connor needs to be RB 1A and they need a 1B or they need to trade Connor, and obtain a number 1 RB. I don’t think Snell is the answer. Kerrith Whyte is a find, and a great change of pace RB, but he’s not a primary RB. They need a bounceback year from JuJu and they need Washington and Dionte Johnson to take another step or two forward. They need Ben (as much as I don’t like him) to stay healthy. He’s overrated and on the downside of his career, but he’s the best they have in the immediate future. This will not be the year to find his replacement in the draft. They should focus on the other offensive positions (they could use upgrades all over). Just take the best offensive player available when it’s your turn. They’ll have a shot next year if they stay healthy. That’s a big IF, however.

Unapologetic

Should’ve focused on the jets

    Ryan Maliek

Unapologetic It’s a rule that we have to look past and lose to a trash team every single season, ESPECIALLY when the playoffs are a factor.

Shaolin Wanderer Gaming

Whoever thinks Tomlin is gone next year is a fool. He’s at good coach, put in bad situation after bad situation and he comes out atleast even everytime. Look a Colbert and his refusal to look for the next QB after Ben. We just need a QB and RB who can help out the offense, you’ve all been spoiled by constantly winning, bunch of fair weather fans. Go root for the patriots you pussies

OBAMA IS A CRACKHEAD OBAMA IS A CRACKHEAD

Shaolin Wanderer Gaming. if you are happy with 8 and 8 then you should root for the cowboys

    Shaolin Wanderer Gaming

No one said I’m happy with it, or course I’m not happy. I’ve been a fan since I was 6 years old. Since Tommy Maddox was our QB, I’m just aware that we can have a winning season every single season, and I’m also aware that’s it’s not tomlins fault completely. You all just want a scapegoat. When getting rid of Tomlin would just make us a worse team

    Go Steelers

As a die hard fan I have no idea how it feels to be spoiled by Steelers success theres always something we have to fight against not easy being a steeler in my opinion

    Go Steelers

And most of the steelers fans who want Tomlin gone have something against him I’m not going to say what I think it is but yeah. Tomlin has never had a losing season why would anyone want him leaving. I personally would be devastated if we lost Tomlin to another organization

    Ryan Maliek

Go Steelers It’s mostly the losing record against losing teams since 2012 He’s seemed to have a complacent attitude towards getting the team ready to play against bad teams. The odd 4th down attempt calls at times when it’s not necessary has been an issue too. I like Tomlin and think he’s a good coach, but does have issues that I mentioned above. Talking to other Steelers fans at the local Steelers bar let’s me know that others have the same issues.

MotorcycleMan

Yep. It’s been more “Didn’t Do!”. This game doesn’t matter to Baltimore and it will finish the year for this year’s Steeler team, as it should. The only thing that can come is an opportunity for Duck to improve and truly prove himself or be relegated to the XFL.

David Porter

I’m a ravens fan but Tomlin is def a great quality coach. He knows all our strengths and can speak on it very well. Tells you the level of preparation he makes sure he has prior to a game. What you guys need is spending a top draft pick on a QB that can either take the reigns now or sit behind Ben a year or two. Your backups aren’t going to do it.

    Unapologetic

David Porter they thought they had that in Rudolph don’t know why honestly

    Ya Boi

They’re good at draftin receivers and running backs, wish they good grab a QB too😭

Ryan Maliek

It feels like we are about 1 more season from a full offense rebuild. Ben has maybe 1-2 years left in him, we have no realistic replacement for him, Connor can’t stay healthy, Juju has been unreliable at best, the O line is getting old and losing a step, and the O coordinator is only there because he’s friends with Ben.

SteelersGoingFor 7

Watch Paxton come in and play unbelievable..and we stomp the Ravens but miss the playoffs. Lynch was the answer all along…Merry Christmas.
