I honestly believe Josh gets fired Sunday night. I’m calling it right now. Mr Davis said what he said, but we all know in the NFL when the owner gives his coach the dreaded vote of confidence, he’s doomed. Sunday night. You’ll see.
Well hope you’re not betting on it. Mark Davis already came out and said he’s trusting Josh for 2 years. He said he learned his lesson by getting rid of so many head coaches. We’re stuck with McDaniels.

@Leo Garcia dude the saints won the field position battle and the TOP battle literally what can Crosby and the defense do if they’re out on the field more than they should, yes they sucked in the first half but shut them out in the 2nd half
I’ve been with the raider along time. Ive seen consistent bad decisions. Marcus Allen trade, omg jamarcus Russell drafted, Jon Gruden traded Wtf, super bowl blow out Gruden revenge Smh, the coaching carousel…see where I’m going with this? History of consistent bad decisions. Smh. You just can’t win baby.

From the :51 mark to the 1:25 mark… Listen to how superlatively Josh McDaniels describes a 2-6 team that has lost 5 in a row. I’m NOT saying he should be trash-talking them, but still.
Now, contrast that with how Josh talked about his own team just yesterday. They need to execute better, they’re learning, they’re coming along, they’re figuring it all out, we’re missing continuity…blah, blah, blah.
Excuse me, but I’m still trying to figure out how this motivates, inspires, instills confidence. Oh, but Josh almost explicitly said, it’s up to the players to motivate themselves. How many Raider Head coaches, alive or gone, are shaking their heads over that mind set?
