I don’t care if “the pass was working”. It doesn’t justify giving JT only 16 carries. Yes, Tampa has a great run defense, but you’ve got to keep the defense honest. All three turnovers, which all turned into Tampa touchdowns, came on pass plays.

I don’t disagree with you. I understand why Reich did it as Cason was on fire, but considering we had the lead to start the half, he should have given JT the ball alot more than he did. Hopefully Reich will learn from this. Running the ball would have chewed up some clock to not give Brady so much time at the end. This wasn’t the reason we lost. We lost because of the turnovers. Running would have prevented some of them, but I mean Hines’s punt return fumble wouldn’t have. Not to mention the CLEAR offensive pass interference that was Called defensive interference didn’t help much. Lol

@Peyton Moseswe only gave him the ball in the 1st Quarter and the 4th we didn’t even attempt to run the ball and he still produced.
Wentz did a great job against a very great stingy Tampa D just the turnovers shoot us in the foot today and the defense couldnt really get Brady and his offense off the field but we just gotta bounce back against Houston which I’m fully confident they will roll Houston!!

Wentz played great. Loss was definitely not on him. I do hope Ballard decides to keep him next year. I’d love to see what he can do with a full off-season to train with his receivers.

I’m an Eagles fan, followed Wentz’s every move. Dude has amazing arm strength and athleticism. Still needs to work on decision making but he can make every throw. He needs to be coached closely and Reich is great for him. They can win the SB this year
@Alex Green agreed. Decision making is probably the one thing that is holding Wentz back from being an elite QB right now. I do believe he will get it right though. Reich coached it out of Luck and Rivers. No reason to think he won’t coach it out of Wentz too. And I’m not sure about the big game for this team this year, but I’m hopefully. Definitely next year though provided we keep Wentz, which I believe we will, and get him another great receiver to compliment Pittman.
This man was a cheat code in 2017 definitely a very impressive web season
They needed to run to ball just at least 10 more carriers 💯 or just try and give Wentz another weapon for next year
And all this for yet another loss. Such a waste of time & treasure.
I love how every highlight I’ve seen of this game doesn’t mention the 2nd to last play where JT carried the ball all the way to our 29 and gave us a small chance of victory at th end
It’s good to see Wentz doing better and better… He’s had his bad plays, but he’s back to looking like a franchise qb. May God bless him with good health in the future!

Just think…They get Wentz more weapons in the WR core this team will be elite. I dont see Hilton or Campbell coming back.
Considering the stakes and the schedule, the best had better be yet to come.
