@Puppet Master You can’t necessarily choose what team plays in the town you live in. You don’t have to like the Chargers or their fans, I’m happy that you support your team. For me personally, I’ve supported the Chargers ever since I’ve lived in San Diego. Sure, like most teams, they have flaws but they’re still my team and I’m not a fair weather fan just because people you don’t like them.
That trophy is his ticket to the Hall Of Fame.
Well, as a Skins fan, I believe he’d have gone to the HOF, without a SB win. However, having doesn’t hurt, either. Lol
@Kenny Tran Bud Grant and Marv Levy (the two coaches to go 0-4 in Super Bowls) both made the HoF without rings. Reid’s career before this title was arguably just as strong as theirs were, so he was likely a lock regardless of how this game played out.
Agreed. When Andy Reid’s coaching days are over I think he will have multiple Super Bowl wins under this Staff and players in Kansas City.
Andy is already #4 on the all-time win list — but he will get two or three more trophies because he has a dynastic QB like Mahome so he’s a first-ballot lock for sure — he might even be considered the GOAT coach when it’s over and done

Yea as a chiefs fan I always root for the afc west in championship games. Rooted for you guys against the packers, seahawks, and panthers. I am also embarrassed to say I actually rooted for the raiders against the buccaneers. I don’t know what I was thinking.
Yeah it’s true — you can be a really good coach but until you get that generational QB like Mahomes you cant win rings — but now Andy has a dynasty on his hands
Congratulations, I watched the whole ceremony as a Niners fan. Couldn’t be any happier for Patrick Mahomes. Great game much respect. It’s what it’s all about. Many more to come for y’all. And as for the Faithful. Couldn’t be upset at all. After years of struggling and finding a way to get back to this moment it felt great. We lost and it hurts in the worst ways but we will be back sooner or later. No matter when it happens we will be back.

Great Super Bowl…great win for Andy. Remember when he was a QB coach on Bill Walsh”s 9ers of the 80’s. He has 2 rings from that era I believe. So this one hits the mark for him. Congrats coach great win. As for my 9ers, well as we used to say all the time when they lost at Kezar Stadium…wait till next year.

If history tells…only the Pats, Seahawks and Broncos in the last 15 years have made back to back SB appearances. And they did not win back to back. So Chiefs unlikely to even get back let alone win it again.

Didn’t he already win a SB? This maybe his 1st SB as HC, but wasn’t he like the oline coach for the Packers when they won the SB back in 1996? I just realized that because I remember Andy Reid leaving the Packers & getting his 1st head coaching stint 21 years ago w/ the Eagles.
