As a long time Lions fan I can’t express how proud I am of this team! Whether we were 1-6 or getting booted out of the playoffs we never quit! We played our hearts out! Like MCDC said we’re either in or their out! The NFL audience missed out on watching the most entertaining team in the league!!! #OnePride 💪🦁💙
I’m from Arizona but became a fan of the Lions late last year. After watching Hard Knocks this season, I became a believer in the coaches and the players. Even when they were losing early on, it was usually by 4 points or less. It was only a matter of time before they started winning those close game. What heart and determination they showed in their last 10 games. There’s no doubt in my mind that they will come back next year and make it to the playoffs. Go Lions!!!

Sheila Ford Hamp deserves so much credit! She’s a winner, and brought in MCDC and stuck by him even when we were 1-6. She said, “we believe”.

@Dan Peezy In a way, you’re right, the best thing an owner can do is hire the right people, provide them with resources, and step the F back. She has and she got a game ball for it.
I agree. She helped change the culture, brought in the right folks, and has been appropriately engaged (not too much and not too little)
Lions never gave up right until the end, even when they had no hope of making the playoffs. What an inspiration.
Truthfully I’m at a loss for words. To start off the season 1-6 then finish 9-8 and miss the playoffs only because the Rams have no offense really is a mixed bag of emotions. But if there is a silver lining it’s that these boys played their hearts out despite knowing that their season ended tonight. Coach Campbell instilled a level of discipline and pride in these boys that is unlike anything I’ve seen before as a Detroit Lions fan. Thank you guys for the victory in Lambeau to knock out A-A-Ron and an exciting second half of the season. I hope it carries over into the next, because it’s playoffs or bust next year. This is the end of an era for Green Bay and the start of a new one for Detroit
I think they would of won more of those early games, but we just had so many guys out do to injury that, that killed us. it will be interesting to see who they decide to bring back and who they plan on drafting.

As a diehard Raiders fan, I salute the Lions for an impressive win. Dan Campbell should get Coach of the Year consideration.
They had a legit shot to win the superbowl if they made the playoffs. I just hopes this carries over into next season.

That cross-body throw from Goff to Raymond to setup the first Williams TD was awesome. Goff may not be a superstar, but he’s a solid NFL quarterback. If the Lions draft DEF heavy this year, they’re the NFC north favorites in 2023.
Defense took a HUGE step forward the last 8 games. So proud of the Lions!
