@Mike Thompson wana bet the packers don’t tag him? You may not be smart but they are. If Rodgers is gone which is likely then they aren’t going to be playing for a super bowl next year. Why would they pay a WR 20 million for one year when they aren’t expecting to win it all? They won’t do that unless they are stupid, just like the bears were with allen Robinson. If Rodgers goes, Adam’s will be gone. There is NO reason to keep him around during a rebuild.

@D F It doesn’t happen that fast! No GM isn’t going to fire the HC and it’s staff in one season. The OC would get HC offers after one season too. 2 season that the offense is successful, yes, he could be gone if he’s ready for the promotion to HC

This isn’t just me saying this. Experts in the game say these things. I have been watching the NFL closely since around 1973. I don’t have great feelings about Fields. This could go either way. He absolutely has the talent.

Wow….this guys sounds like a coach. Like he knows offense. I’m not sure of what we’ve had in the past. I’m not excited about any of the coaching pick ups however I think that we might have found something nice here with dude.

I like how straight and concise he is with his responses. That shows he has a plan and has discussed them with Matt and Ryan. I like all the hires so far and believe this one is going to make or break Justin Fields’ future with the Bears

I like coach: clear and straight forward with his plan. Which consists of a direction; including a player’s mindset, will and passion of a budding athlete, and observing him as a person. Eventually, sculpting his talents to work with his teammates. Get him, the best college receiver (reviewer’s), available and we’ll be singing ‘Winner, Winner, The Chicago Bears are having a Championship Dinner’
I love the fact that he refused to get sucked into “what scheme we are going to run” conversation “whats your definition of playbook” so great to hear
To me its simple , if your line can pass block and QB has a block of ice for a heart (Brady, Rodgers) you have a pocket passer, if you dont have those thing then you adjust your entire team around moving the ball and misdirection. You can even change those things throughout the season or even the course of 1 game. I wouldn’t hire Nagy to coach a high school team he couldn’t figure it out and just blamed the players for not executing.
