Except he has never called a play in college or NFL so if your definition of “knowing what is up” for an OC in the NFL includes not having called offensive plays………………
@John Smith you qct like its not something that can be learned/impossible when in reality every good coach had not been calling plays yet at one point in their career

I can see bears averaging just over 20 points a game or just under 25 points which is a huge upgrade compared to nagy

@Twon Green that’s exactly what I’ve said. This roster just needs some tweaks and the o-line upgraded. With a brand new scheme that is going to be BUILT AROUND Fields. The Bears will be back this fall….

naïve much how can you say you like someone who you never met and is doing a interview AKA its rehearsed and ALWAYS IS WHAT THE FANS WANT TO HEAR. i dont want to hear anything but the honest truth EVEN THE NEGATIVE.
Still cant picture how you can like a person without meeting them getting to know them etc. face value there is two people for every person the public eye version and the real one behind closed doors.

Jeff, you want to see a Bears fan being passionate? I’ve lived in Green Bay for 43 years out of 59 years of being a fan. Twice a year I get so revved up it’s unbelievable. And twice a year I get so pissed off it’s unbelievable. Obviously talking about my Bears vs the yellow-greens. I have faith that Coach Luke is just the person we need.
the Bears honestly have not owned the Packers since Ditka and a short time under Lovie, but Ditka and his teams used to dominate the Packers I think between 1984 and 1988 the Bears won 10 in a row vs the Packers then swept them again in 1990 and 1991, Lovie only swept the Packrs twice 2005 and 2007
Welp…this team has 24 UFA’s right now. Either we start signing players, finding more draft picks, hope to catch the castoffs of other teams…. or were gunna be behind the 8 ball day 1.
Congratulations Luke, you now have the hardest job in the world….creating a good offense in Chicago. It’s virtually impossible.

2013? Discipline and defense was horrible that year but the offense decided to step up and everything else failed.

Jeff I love listening to you call a game but when you interview someone don’t answer a question then ask if the person you are interviewing agrees with you.
Just ask the question. The new staff appears to be able to speak for themselves. Thank God! No more Word Salad.
