The Way

Covid is the biggest psychological operation in global history.

    covid 1984

    Yup

    Charlie OBrien

It obviously drove you over the edge

    The Way

Charlie OBrien yeah, the edge of seeing how corrupt this world is.

Ravens Fan4

Most players that are opting out of the season are backups. The season is gonna be fine.

    Charlie OBrien

You must not be a Pats fan

Jaytomko

They have a test that comes back in 15 minutes. Idk

Chase Brown

ESPN may have become totally unwatchable garbage recently; but, at least they don’t have smug little Mike Florio. Why does he seem to want C19 to shut down the NFL season so bad?

    B.B.

ESPN SUCKS !! The season is over, the fat lady is singing.

    nick2s

The USA is not a position to have pro sports in the absence of extreme measures ala a bubble. So the issue isnt people being down on the season occurring, the issue is people assuming it is a slam dunk easy thing to pull off when idea procedures have NOT been done.

Daniel Kunimoto

Mike Florio, I thought you might comment specifically on the words Coach Tomlin used in “conduct detrimental”. That “legalese” came up when talking about all the money Antonio Brown was “guaranteed” before last year. I thought you might refer to the potential that players contracts could be voided this year if they contracted to virus and brought it back to the team, and how murky that term could get in assessing the behavior of players in such a case.

Michael Spencer

Lol 😂 Florio constantly preaches how he is not rooting for the NFL to fail yet constantly brings up every possible conceivable way they can fail during this pandemic season 😂

    Cam Stewart

That’s exactly how the NFL should be thinking about this

    Cody Boyd

How is that him rooting for failure? He’s giving other perspective that may or may not have been considered. Use your brain.

    Michael Spencer

It’s a pandemic. The risks are obvious and implied. There are a million problems to trying to have an NFL season in a pandemic without a bubble concept, with time lagged testing. I don’t need to hear about a different one every single time I tune in. Relax with the personal insults if you want to have a real discussion buddy.

    Michael Spencer

Cam Stewart they are aware of the thousands of issues trying to put on a season in a pandemic. There are going to be issues that come up that no one would ever have accounted for.

Cody Boyd

Just go get the virus then quarantine. That way you don’t have to “worry” about it later. 1% death rate and the majority of the 1% is caused by underlying conditions is nothing to be scared about.

Russell Laverty

If baseball, a sport with social distancing built in, is having this many problems already, how feasible is it to even try to have a football season? My team already lost half its defense already, and while it’s true that Bill can use that salary money to shop for some players, just holding practice might be too dangerous, let alone the games. I’d just shut it down until next year.
