Keep Steve Wilks as coach. Players love him. We were better when he took over. It makes too much sense to just not promote him.
The official search for the next Carolina head coach can only begin after the regular season ends on January 8th. The new coach will be hired under the observation of the NFL diversity committee of six members to make sure that at least two candidates of diverse ethnicity are interviewed for the head coaching position for the Carolina Panthers 2023 season.
