It’s annoying me hugely tgat fans don’t realise that building up a new team into a winning unit is gonna take a lot longer than 10 weeks !! Wake up we beat one of best afc teams few weeks back that proves jags ARE improving and there will be times things go backwards but then they go forwards and as long as the long term trend trends upwards on a continual improvement path then there’s no need to worry and that’s happening, and don’t forget jags have a very tough schedule one of the toughest of any team let alone a new team ! It’s gonna take 2 seasons where we should see big big improvement. I believe that is happening . Data analytics is so so important in this , jags should be investing heavily in there analytics systems, if they are and I’m sure they are we will see a continual growth . All players stats are put into analysis as well as coaches trainers ect coaches also should be included as well as MD and owner . Then the computer model will show exactly where we need to concentrate and also where problems lie , in training coaching and management! Lot teams are spending millions in analytics and this is a massive key to correctly building a winning team . Browns spent a huge sum on there system , bills spent huge sum on there system. Cardinals spend a massive amount on there system, Saints spent a massive amount four years ago but they need to update there systems. Infact if you take a close look at this you will see a pattern. Teams who do not invest enough in analytics computer system don’t win its as simple as that . Eagles have just updated there computer analytics system a few weeks ago and suddenly there season is starting to improve!! Jaguars must spend much much more on analytics system

I’d take Trevor out Benefit doesn’t outweigh the risk at this point

Tired of the narrative that the players on offense are terrible. Gardner Minshew didn’t have great players around him either but we still were scoring. It’s obviously the coordinator more than anything!
