I wish the interviewer had asked more probing questions such as what is the team identity that Saleh is trying to establish through the draft and free agency, a hard nosed power running team with a mix of skill players at QB and WR, a dynamic passing team, etc.? Also, what were the challenges/problems that had to be overcome in establishing a cohesive coaching staff, and what is the overall philosophy other than all gas all the time. Saleh is very good at putting a positive spin on everything, what is interesting for the fans is to get a feel for the challenges that he is facing as a new head coach, and what his vision is for the Jets franchise under his leadership, and whether he has made any adjustments from his original plans/vision based upon the realities of the situation.
