Just from watching the first few questions the question they got was “do you know who your taking at 1? And Doug gives the reporters a look as Trent saids it’s still a work in progress. That tells me 1 or 2 things.
1. Trent is kinda battling Doug on who he wants to take.
2. Doug feels we should know who we’re going to take but Trent isn’t sure or the personal and the coaching staff can’t agree on the 1st pick. Probably a bit of both lol
Also it sounds like Travon Walker and Evan Neal are BAP. Aiden Hutchison just a tier below that. My guess it’s going to be Evan Neal

I don’t think the NFL want’s the teams to tip their hand. They want the suspense for draft night. They know who the pick is.

They said it last year. Knew they were taking Trevor but the league wanted them to wait before they turned the card in. Part of the show. It’s fun this way.
Baalke said production matters to him. Walker is being hyped to keep the world guessing so that way someone might trade up. I feel hutch is 75% of the pick or Ickey 25%
Hutchinson only had one good season. He had most of his sacks in 3 games. He went missing completely against Georgia. He’s going to be the biggest bust in NFL history

@Vito Hov you do know Georgia’s game plan was to go away from him with short quick passes right? Anyone that knows ball could see that. He also was held a few times that would’ve been sacks but they were called so it’s as good as a sack. I’m an A&M fan and lived Myles Garret when he was there and even he didn’t show up every game

I know trent had some issues with 49ers but I think hes doing a good job since hes been a Jaguar, loved the draft last year and free agents hes gotten 👍
