There was 10 days between the last offensive debacle and last night they changed NOTHING. The offense was HORRENDOUS AGAIN. Bowles and Leftwitch are terrible coaches.
It is bad! But, so much of the Bucs offensive success(Rams also)relies on establishing the play-action. That requires 2nd & 3rd and shorts, which generally means a good 4 to 6 yard run on 1st down. Like Tony Romo was saying during the broadcast yesterday; the Bucs needed to start passing more frequently on 1st down, because,…they are getting zilch running the ball! When you can’t run it, then when you go play-action, the linebackers and safeties are NOT going to “bite on the run” and simply play the pass virtually every down!
I hope it get better from here but your right they played horrible until the last minute.
Not an expert by any means, but to me it does not seem smart to keep running it up the middle when our line is inexperienced and unable to open holes for the RB

I believe we should plan to play like the last two possessions. Stop running up the middle on first down. When has that worked?
All it does is put us behind the sticks or waste a 2nd down
Some of these reporters are multi-year veterans, yet they will still ask a question to the coach that they already should know the answer to!
Bruce took the playbook with him and it’s showing, we can’t score a touchdown to save our lives they need to adjust the plays to go deep down the field on occasion and RUN the ball efficiently
OC is terrible calling the game, I don’t know he seen it. The OL can not run the ball, Y don’t he change it to pass game 4-5 yards passed just like run anyway, when they can run only 2-3 yards/play. That my opinion…
I like seeing Bowles smile. It’s good to win.
Time to fire this hack. A win doesn’t justify the awful play calling.

I’m thinking the Bucs should just put Brady in. shotgun and not even bother with the run game.
Unfortunately they still have to run as much as possible to keep defenses honest. Even if we don’t make any yards. We should definitely get Scotty some screens and some jet sweeps. And Brady is smart enough to take short high percentage passes and every now and then we could try to play action for a deep pass. That’s the only way this offense can work tho.
