I never doubted his talent. Not being able to stay healthy was the issue. Other than that I’ve always felt he was a big time talent. It always stuck out to me, that’s why it was so frustrating. Same with Chris Carson.

One thing I’ve noticed about my team is that the small details matter. If you notice Penny heart and the other offense of players that aren’t necessarily in the game at that time, have opportunity to run in the field to celebrate with their teammates. I feel like that is something that’s unnoticed in this great culture that we have. I saw Cody Thompson on the all access going out to celebrate with his teammates with their success. It definitely will be reciprocated from his teammates when he gets his shot. Can’t wait to see what’s next for my Hawks!
