2. Chargers trade a 2024 first to the Saints and hire Sean Payton as both Head Coach and Gm, elevate Shane Day to OC, and hire Brian Flores as DC
3. Chargers select Jordan Addison with the 16th pick in the first round and go For LB in the 3rd
4. Chargers trade 2023 2nd and a 2024 4th to Atlanta for Kyle Pitts

Pitts was a top pick, Falcons ain’t letting him go for that. And the Spanos ain’t paying Peyton the money he wants. Naa we need line either DT or O-line. We lose the battle in the trenches Herbert getting hit too much and we haven’t had a dominant DT since Jamal Williams
File a lawsuit or plead , and beg to get a natural grass field at So Fi. Look around for the best strength n conditioning coach. I like your list

4 seasons and then fire this guy .. but the coaching is holding back Justin but we can’t not mention the injuries as well. I hope we can beat most of the teams left on the schedule

Injuries hurt this team,. Holding Chiefs to 17 points through 3 quarter s was big, however., we need to stay healthy ,the rest will fall into place. GO BOLTZ…

Huge disappointment once again
Could of won the 9er game and chiefs game but I’m not even surprised anymore that they manage to lose.
If you think they’re making a run at the playoffs, you’re wrong. As long as they have Lombardi calling the offensive plays , they will lose. Too conservative on the play calling, they’re not as aggressive as they were last year And it all comes down to the play calling.
Also the Defense is horrible straight up

Staley and his staff continue to be out coached, even with the injuries this team is capable of beating any team out there, that is with a good coaching staff. Herbert needs the coaching staff to get it together.
Correction, this “staff” needs to be Fired…especially Staley and Lombardi. Those two Clowns appear to be Clueless and are costing us our season. Beat It Losers.
Staley is All talk but on game day show they r not god at All.
He needs to go be a tv announcer he’s annoying acts as he knows it all but actions speak louder than words game day wins or losses.
What happened to “4th & Staley”? 4th & inches from our own 35 was a perfect opportunity for that guy to show up. Especially with a healthy Justin Herbert for a QB sneak.
Everytime I hear this guy talk all I hear are excuses and just words on top of more emptiness. Dude relies too much on analytics and values his connections more than what’d best for the team. The Colts did not hesitate to fire Frank Riech but Chargers too scared to anything about how Joe Lombardi has been predictable in every game and not adjusting and all he does is sit in his booth and look like he’s working.
When the defense is on the field more than the offense thats a tell that something needs to change on offense. Injuries no longer an excuse. It’s like he’s afraid to open up his playbook. You see teams like Niners or Bills up 20-0 and still go for TDs. It’s sickening seeing this team be comfortable with a small 20-13 lead. Should’ve been 24-13 but Lombardi calls runs it twice and then barring a penalty he calls a pass on 3rd and short when you can clearly see the middle opening up.
we already know whats going to happen, Cardinals are going to chew up the clock, chargers defense wont be able to stop a drive, because when have they. our D-Line has absolute no Depth, or strength
It starts at the top, Spanos is the real problem. He is cheap, he will not want to pay Sean Payton, or any veteran coach for that matter.
I have a question for you coach.
How can you stop George Kittle. Deebo Samuel. And a little Brandon Aiyuk but couldn’t gameplan to stop Travis Kelce.? You stopped 3 players but not the one. Also when it 4th and inches DONT FOLLOW ANALYTICS against a team like KC you have a chance to keep the Offense off the field you take it. You’ve been QB sneaking all game and you choose that moment to not qb sneak.
Injury’s aside the Coaching is just Bad! We barley beat teams with losing records. Week to week either the offense or defense is bad. 9-8 at best, thought Staley was the One sadly hes not.

Big Charger fan here. I have a take on what has happened this year and in the past. #1 The Charges have been without Mike Williams and Keenan Allen for 9 weeks. #2 Justin Herbert has brought them back with scoring towards the end of the game almost every game to take the lead only to see our defense blow it in the end. #3 The Defense is 29-30 in the league for the last three years since Herbert has been our QB. Makes you wonder why we are ok with the defense being ranked 29-30th in the entire league every year. COME ON STALEY!! Get you head out!!
I really dont think we can go 5-2 to end the year with Staley some way he will lose at least one ge we should win I’m really seeing 4-3 and we finish 9-8 again and barely miss the playoffs again that’s because he will always bring mediocrity here with how he coaches he has a long way to go experience wise and this franchise and herbert do not deserve to keep wasting seasons away. NFL is too competitive to waste 4 seasons on crappy coaches especially when you already have the qb to take you there he is losing games for these veterans on this team and I’m sure they dont take kindly to that

Staley is feeling the pressure you can see it on his face and hear it on his voice . He knows Sean Payton is growing larger and larger . I feel Payton is using ARI as leverage I don’t think he want to coach little hard to coach Kyler when we can coach the unicorn Hebert for over 10 years
