During the Thanksgiving game against the New England Patriots, the Minnesota Vikings helped surprise the family of Zach Perkins, a deployed military member who unexpectedly returned back to Minnesota to surprise his family.

Reply, thread: this is a genuine question, but were they genuinely surprised? Are we to seriously believe that the mother and family actually had no idea their son was coming home until that very moment on the field? I am not here to judge one way or the other, I respect everything there is to admire in our veterans, this is purely out of my own stupid curiosity. Thank you and SKOL Vikings!
