Sean McVay & Baker Mayfield Address The Media After Rams Win vs. Raiders In Week 14

Ijust want the Rams to win

This is the first time I’ve seen Sean McVay in a press conference. He’s quite articulate and well spoken, probably the clearest I’ve heard any coach. I can definitely see why he’s so respected. I’m just glad KOC seems to be following suit here.

I was rooting for baker Mayfield. I hope he finds success with McVey. I’d like to see baker eventually replace Stafford

That’s insane I don’t know how the Raiders lost this game it was begging for us to lose everything was in favor for them.
The Raiders had this game won and they just gave it away moving on I’ve been hard on the Rams and I’m not a believer in Baker Mayfield.
The fact that he’s on the Rams I’m conflicted here but now that he’s a part of my team I have to root for his continued success going forward.
We’ll see what happens on what’s left of the season going forward and the aftermath we got a lot of decisions to make.
And you know what this situation reminds me of the Batman movie The Dark Knight Rises.

I’m not saying Baker Mayfield is a hero and I’ll admit I was Furious when the Rams signed him.
He’s not what I wanted but this is who we need at this point and time.

Wow.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I always love a redemption story. Regardless what happens next to Baker Mayfield, he will have respect now from everyone and no one will ever make fun of him. I think everyone was lukewarm on Baker Mayfield except Sean McVay. This game revitalized Sean McVay as well and I hope he doesn’t walk away from the Rams knowing he can help new players become great players like Cooper Kupp, Aaron Donald, Matthew Stafford, etc.

Its real nice to see him talk about a win. The Rams are the Super Bowl defending Champions that have had a lot of bad breaks this season. They will be back in 2 seasons and will most likely be in SB 58.

I was at the game and what a come back! Let’s go Rams! Proud of mayfield, what a beast! Raider fans were so sad and quiet at the end 😂

I hope baker is able to grow and practice in our system. He looked sharp and it seems like he has matured a lot. I am really happy to see him succeed and I would love to see him learn from Stafford and be his replacement.

I’m a OU fan always have been and I’ve been going for baker ever since he came into the league but seeing this from Baker was incredible and I’m glad Sean gave Baker a chance and a redemption story and a resurgence! Go Rams!!
