Toure will make the squad because he is a high quality gunner for the special teams. Rich Bisaccia will make sure this dude is on the 53. Done.
Danny Davis has zero chance of making the final 53. Zero.
Watson, Doubs, and Toure are all locks.
@Michael There’s a 16 man practice squad. Practice squad players can be called up on game day and then put back on the practice squad up to 3 times.
So making the “Final” 53 is a relic of the past.
There’s 69 spots plus the IR, plus the PUP list.
3 or 4 starters are going to be on PUP for a while.

I’m assuming DD will be a practice squad guy, but he’ll always be able to get an opportunity at some point during the long season. I think Toure is likely to make the roster because of the Special Teams side of the equation and the fact he was drafted, which does give him an inside track even on a couple of the older guys like Winfree.
