I think I figured out whats wrong. He was drinking Dasani. Get him some real water and he’ll put Aaron Rodgers to shame on the field
Were a running team so a better line means a better run game. He doesnt need to pass the ball as much and even if he did he has more time to process and go through reads. I think we can protentional do better with drops and INTs this year compared to last
For real. Darnold seems like he’s a really good dude and teammate. Sometime he’s maybe even too hard on himself. It would be great if he can turn his career around but i just don’t know

If Sam fixes his turnovers he can be better. But he had no O line last year I can’t really blame him for doing horrible.

I would like to see homeboy succeed, but I just don’t think he has the “it” factor. I’m not making any preseason judgements and will just see how things unfold.
If he can be the too QB he was week 1-3 last season, than we are looking at a chance at a winning seasons
I agree with what you say about the “it” factor. I felt the same about Kyle Allen when he was on a 4 game win streak. I loved the guy but he was just never very convincing and then he started to flounder. Hopefully an oline and a full offseason with a veteran OC (last year was Brady) will show so.e improvement.

Even if he has moderate success most likely it will have to do with Christian being the big help. I like him but I just see a decent bridge QB, not a franchise guy.

I truly do think that Sam can improve enough to the point where he’s capable of being a solid (maybe not elite but solid) NFL starter. Now that he actually has an offensive line things should get better right from the start but if the turnovers don’t stop he’s gonna have to go.

The problem is you staring down DJ Moore every damn play of every damn game. Spread the ball around! Look at Wrs numbers specifically Robbys when Teddy was here to last season. Downgrade. With that being said bring on Matt Corral.

I see no reason that Sam Darnold can improve and reduce his bone head plays/decisions, Hr has a true NFL Arm and needs to play in rhythm and in structure for when he free lances or bails out of the pocket prematurely is when he gets in trouble ..
I like the Staff and upgraded OL and Weapons that has to work with and now he must put a complete season together and become a more consistent QB or his Starting days are over

As long as he is a Carolina Panther I’m gonna support whoever is under center, so long as they don’t do anything to embarrass the organization. Darnold has remained modest and very stoic throughout these last 2 train wreck seasons.
