Having Aaron Rodgers as your quarterback has a lot to do with that. Pretty sure La Fleur wouldn’t be anywhere near 27-7 with, say, Dwayne Haskins as his starter.
Look how fast New England has dropped off without Tom Brady; they’ve gone from winning multiple Super Bowls to what the Pats were before the 2001 season. Solid starting qb play can make or break a head coaching tenure.

We can’t keep em all, but we definitely have a solid foundation here.. with Rodgers playing lights out and consistently drafting (possible) solid replacements for free agents who might ask for more money than our cap can afford.. We’re one of the few fan bases that has realistic Super Bowl hopes every season
