i agree . he makes DJ and Curtis better because teams have to watch Robby ..he has great hands and blazing speed ..if he gets a step on you then he is gone , but most of all Teddy trusts him..

Robby is 1A, DJ is 1B, Curtis is 1C. McCaffrey is our #2 and slot receiver.
Dj know second still because dj is not getting credit and also he is never open and Robby is a beast
Hate to say D.J. Moore should not be #1 receiver it should be Anderson and i know stats say teddy throws more short passes than long balls thats why moore does not get many passes but on the contrary maybe moore should do a better job of getting open and maybe he would get more passes his way
At 1:06 I completely understand Robby is open and is great after the catch. But if you watch DJ on that play he clearly has a step if Teddy holds the ball just a second longer. Yes Robby had a solid gain. But DJ is open. He needs more targets and especially in 1 on 1 situations. He is dangerous not only in one on one’s, but also after the catch. Not taking anything away from Robby either. He was definitely a steal from FA. But DJ is also very good when given the oppurtunity. The offensive line is probably taking targets away from DJ but at the same time get it to him quickly also if he’s there. Which I’m sure he is. This duo of DJ and Robby plus Curtis too, can be very dangerous in the future with more and more chemistry soon to come.
On another note. Please bring Curtis and Taylor Moton back.
