Rex Ryan Almost Hung Up On Adam Sandler’s Call | The Exchange With Nick Mangold & Mark Sanchez

In the season premiere of The Exchange presented by WynnBet, hosts Nick Mangold and Mark Sanchez are joined by their former head coach Rex Ryan. They start by reminiscing about the first meeting between Ryan and Sanchez that involved a motorcycle (5:30), the ground and pound style of play (9:41) and their favorite behind the scenes memory from their time together (12:25). Ryan goes on to talk about his interest in being an NFL head coach again (17:15), his experience on 'The Amazing Race' (19:30), and the impact his dad, Buddy Ryan, had on his football career (23:10). Lastly, they share their memories of the big win over the Cowboys on 9/11/2011 (25:20), Ryan's experience being in an Adam Sandler movie (32:30) and finish with some rapid fire questions to get to know Ryan (34:05).

Bring Pennington on the show.. it’d be cool to see what he’s been doing since retiring.

Wish these jets would have an offensive line like these classic ones

BluntedVegas702

I wore my Sanchez jersey proudly at the draft this year in Las Vegas.
What a great run that was with Rex , Revis, Mark, DaBrickshaw, Nick and so many more.
I’m so happy they’re still an active part of the organization.
God bless everyone and happy holidays

Man i loved this time being a Jet fan… 2009 & 2010 was so special. I still remember the New York Post had a Star Wars parody of the NY Jets & Patriots in the playoffs. Rex was Han Solo…Sanchez was Luke Skywalker.. Billicheck was Vader…Revis was Ben Kenobi…and Mangold was an EWOK.πŸ˜‚Loved Rex as coach and he is still my favorite Jets coach and those two AFC championship game teams were my favorite Jet memories. I am starting to get vibes from our current team that they could be special as well… with Sauce Gardner, Garrett Wilson, Elija Moore…Breece Hall…, .i hope we can start a new chapter of success to be proud of.

Michael Brock
