    @History of Video Games I agree yes need to be professional to a certain level otherwise you sound pretty robotic. However my other side of me says they feel what we are also feeling and sometimes to me at least shows that they care. Sports ultimately is about winning what not. Look at the Lakers crew with Big Game James. Dude is the most vocal critic because he cares for the success of the franchise.

Mariota Showed up But Gruden Playcalling in the redzone hurt us. The Defense was starting 3rd stringers all playmakers hurt plus our best CB getting flags all night didn’t help.

    Yea Watts it was rough seeing Mullen being picked on on all angles. The WRs and the refs had a field day. The offensive PI not being called in his favor and that PI in OT was so tricky tack both players were hand checking and holding onto each other. That’s a non call

Raiders are not a playoff team with this defense. This D needs so much improvement on so many levels

    Never will be a playoff team with Carr at QB. Carr is soft and the locker room doesn’t trust him. Mariota came in and his poise and leadership was impressive. A decent Defense would make a huge difference.

    idk dude – we have YOUNG guys on defense, another white old dude i feel doesn’t resonate with them, a bunch of 22, 23 year olds. just my opinion. almost looks like they’ve gave up on the coaching staff quite frankly. they’re STILL having COVID issues which means some fellas in there aint respect Gruden’s wishes and he doesnt have a solid head on things. good god are we a mess.

Take aways:
Mariota needs to play rest of season, seasons over anyways. Sit carr, let him rest.
Grudens playbook is questionable
Defence as usual was trash. Hopefully Ron’s playbook is learned quickly for our next game.
