Listen if they can trade Minshew, Luton, and Glennon they could probably get to 2nd rounders for Minshew, release Luton for a trade to the 49ers for another 2nd round pick, and release Glennon for dead cap and you’re good! You can probably pick up Justin Fields in the first and use one of your second round trades you got from Minshew to pick up a Trey Lance, and they can compete for playing time then use the rest, maybe think of guys like Xavier Thomas and Tyreke Smith if they aren’t already off the board by the second round….
Just use your first two picks in next year’s draft on something bold… two QB’s, first two picks, culture shock, done, I’ve done your job for you to start with next up Xavier Thomas, next up Joshua Kaindoh that’s it that’s all.

As a Steelers fan I think Doug Marone is a good coach, the front office did a horrible job drafting and building the team. And they let all the good players go; Ramsey, Bouye, Campbell, Ngakoue, and the offense hasnt been good. Fournette, Yeldon were decent, With decent receivers, but Blake was the problem
steeler fan too, but also a Bills fan, their turnaround began with the departure of Marone.
Lutten is no Ben Denucci but he doesn’t look like he belongs in the NFL either.
