Snow has that bellichick dgaf aura which is my hands down favorite quality in a hc or coordinator. I hope we keep him for at least 5 more years or so if not more.
I think Phil Snow has needed some time to adjust to the NFL. Teams are so good at scouting and learning fast that it has taken him by surprise every now and then but he has been solid. I think this year our defense is going to be something to fear. I also love Phil as a person and how he thinks about the game and talks
