I’ll never forget Phil’s fearlessness and team spirit and my favorite memory of him was the TD he scored when he caught the dropped pass in the end zone to Bavaro during sb 21. His joy and enthusiasm was so pure in that moment. One of my favorite giants of all time.

Adam Carman

He was a fan favorite. Great save off Bavaro’s deflection.

Patricia Waterman

Great interview! He still gets me pumped up and I want to wave a towel just talking about his experience with the team and the games. Thanks🥳

Neil Kelloway

80! Great player with an engine and a heart like Rudy!!

Big Bomber Stacker

TheBatugan77

Freddie72

That what giants need today of their wide receivers “kt”…

Michael Ursetti

Great interview. I’m really digging the interviews on this channel, it is a great way to give the young fans an insight to the culture and mindset that shaped the legacy of the Giants of the old- bridge the gap between generations.

Michael Ursetti

Please change the title, Phil himself said in the interview that he was a Navy Pilot

    JFras30

Correct. He was not a navy seal.

Larry Edelstein

Ahhh that’s good stuff, and it complements my memories so well.

John Harrison

I like Phil, but I don’t believe he was a Navy SEAL. He was a Navy officer and flew helicopters during his 5 years of service. He doesn’t claim to be a SEAL in the video.
