Our team looks so depressed in the thumbnails 😔 feel bad for them

    Luis

    I didnt realized, but you’re right ☹️

    Legends Never Die

    Don’t feel bad for them. They get paid millions just to not show effort at all.

    Legends Never Die

    @mokaPCP Exactly

366387

Colt Mccoy putting coaches on the hot seat. First 49ers now the Seahawks.

    Arenas V

    Niners are Back! Takes a loss to regroup. Squaks are just Done! Period. Arizona will fold. Same a LAR.. And guess who is healthy SF!! HAHA

    Robert Denton

    Colt did not do anything spectacular.
    Relax. Just better coaching, better game plan

    Nick Dubesa

    @Robert Denton what I wrote was sarcasm. I guess I should have made that more obvious.

    QBeats 206

    @Arenas V who tf cares. 😆

    Arenas V

    @QBeats 206 you heard #97 coming 😂 Scared i dont blame ya

Marcus Murray

If they do fire him, they need to fire every coach

    Legends Never Die

    @V. K. Health & Longevity I don’t understand why Jody Allen doesn’t sell the team? She obviously doesn’t care for sports, just sell the team already.

    V. K. Health & Longevity

    @Legends Never Die huuuuge money maker. For perspective Jerry Jones makes $70m every Cowboys home game + everything else. Seattle’s not quite at that level but the team still rakes in hundreds of millions and probably provides massive tax benefits I’d imagine

    JWATT

    @V. K. Health & Longevity ah man that sucks. hopefully she’ll realize that he shouldn’t be the one that holds all the power but I doubt that 🙁

    V. K. Health & Longevity

    @JWATT only if it starts noticeably begins affecting her bottom line finances I believe. Can’t imagine she’d start making changes without economic prompting.

    Billy Hodges

    Amen to that…… We need a HC and OC that can maximise Russ and his talent and gear towards him…. If he wants to stay

Silent Guardian

I think Pete is a really good defensive mind, so I don’t think he should be fired. However, he needs to be removed from the offensive game plan operations. He keeps trying to have influence over the OC with his “establish the run” philosophy. He needs to learn from Nick Saban, who realized 7 years ago that a run-first offense was starting to be outdated and hired Lane Kiffin to modernize the offense. You have to be willing to adapt or the game will pass you by.

    G S

    Pete is gone, if not sooner then later this off-season

Richard Kosoff

Seahawks hay day is now officially over. It was a fun run but disappointing that we didn’t win that second super bowl.
I like Russ, I hope he finds another team before his career is over and has a chance to get back to SB.

    Frost

    @Jake it’s not even his hand he’s just played out and his decision making is bad. it’s the same thing every game he just lobs deep balls into double coverage every few plays

    Zachary Bergman

    @Hairy Balls I don’t think it’s a matter of aptitude, but I think it’s more of an ideal issue he has. He thinks he’s God.

    Andre Hutson

    @Zachary Bergman he doesn’t think he’s God. He’s just a very devout Christian. Which there is no problem of that of course. He just played when he thought he was ready and he wasn’t. I mean Goff had surgery on his thumb last season and played in that wild card game did he think he was God?

    G S

    @Olin The Great Injury or not, he hasn’t been good in over a year. And the fact is, his whole game relies around his athleticism which is dwindling at this point it is only gonna get worse. Get him out of town!

    rikmang

    He holds the ball to long and looks for chunk plays deep down the sidelines..something that is not his fault though is that we have keep the HB and TE into block so that cuts off his safety valves.

Angelos Drakon

The sad thing is Hawks fans and press will forget this loss, and our record, by the end of the week when suddenly they’re optimistic again. The truth is Hawks are gonna end the season 7-10 at best, 5-13 at worst. It’s totally up to Jody Allen (the Hawks owner) if that warrants a rebuild. How can Hawks fans let her know we need one?

    V. K. Health & Longevity

    @just me dee all good, might help give perspective to the “passionate fans” that only stop by twitter/fb once a week to voice how amazing our team is and how much other fans suck for wanting change

    Angelos Drakon

    @V. K. Health & Longevity 🤣🤣 so true!

    Andre Hutson

    Honestly man I lost hope after Russ got injured. I think a lot of Hawks fan are starting to realize that the Carroll-Russ era is coming to a close unless immediate change is not made. Me included. But honestly I’ve always been on the limb about Pete because I always knew it was Russ that carried not Pete. After all let’s not forget what Pete admitted to 😂. But I actually want us to lose the rest of our games so that way it could give Jody something to think about

    Andre Hutson

    @The Great Cheeseburger Man Yeah that was the first time I ever heard the 12’s boo in a verrrrryy long time so that’s definitely saying something about the current state of this team. The chances of us making the playoffs are now basically zilch. Russ is definitely displeased especially by the O line. Still a massive issue. It’ll be interesting to see how this offseason pans out

Seattle's 12th Man

They made McCoy look like an elite QB.
That was embarrassing!

    Tay Francis

    Again…..

    wattlol

    this was the second time in about a year where the seahawks were embarrassed by colt mccoy. remember the Giants v Seahawks game last year?

    Adad Reznor

    Niners: First time?

    VMan29397

    Look at the bright side it leaves you got the draft oh wait no I got your pick😂😂😂😂

    Adad Reznor

    @Seattle’s 12th Man lmao
    McCoy was a giant before this season and they beat u lmao

Steve Holcomb

I found myself defending Pete for a long time but this season I have really hard time defending him and coaching staff. My issue is if we fire him, who’s better that’s going to take his place? Until someone can give a realistic replacement, I don’t see why we should can him

    Steve Holcomb

    @Danaltima I can get on board with that!

    ツykhop

    @Trill Bill hell no

    Trill Bill

    @ツykhop Why not?

    ツykhop

    @Trill Bill he was a one year wonder

    Trill Bill

    @ツykhop Just like Pete..

Joe Z

If excuses were wins this team would be undefeated!!!!!

Disney Spook

🙏🏻for Tre. He’s very promising and gonna be missed

    Nomad Keller

    It’s time Pete…….thanks for the FIRST 5 years and not so much the past 6 years.

TNK Studio

Finally I see people are seeing what I saw years ago. Teams had moved on form stone age football. can’t win game with 2 play scheme, run and throw deep and the defense is so confused even confused the other team’s offense.

gringo

Thanks for everything Pete but it’s time for a new head coach next season

So Cal

We are garbage. Pete needs to go asap. We’ve had so many coach changes but the problem continues an that problem has shown it is pete no one else.

Blue Horse Studios

Coaching staff is to blame of coarse, but players are to make plays. Too many missed tackles, blown opportunities in the RZ. The entire team from top to bottom is in disarray.

Blue Horse Studios

Hey, we have a great kicking game, thats something to cheer about.

    ArsenalApex

    Heheh yep 🤔

    Brian Kady

    I suppose, but it’s awful sad when Seattle’s special teams is all we have to cheer about.

    Tyler Ureña

    Woulda been nice in 2017

    Toxy

    @V. K. Health & Longevity Uhh… Quandre effing Diggs? HELLO!?!?

    V. K. Health & Longevity

    @Toxy true forgot about our boy Diggs. Another one that shows up to play every week.

B Rus

Rashad Penny had one run and pulled his hammy? The guy is officially made of glass. His NFL career is definitely over

    Capo King

    He pees sitting down.

    mokaPCP

    @Ryan Williams because he was on his rookie deal that ends this year lol

    Andi S

    @mokaPCP basically almost free…

    B Rus

    @Ryan Williams too much of a dead cap hit to move on from a first rounder in their first couple years. Same issue with Collier. Such a waste of draft capital

    evergreenrider

    @Andi S not a first rounder

Dennis Rivet

It’s not a mystery. Football is all about blocking and tackling. The Seahawks have been atrocious at both!

    Andre Hutson

    Eh it’s really a lot more than just tackling and blocking. For the offense it’s about how as a team can you throw the defense off and that’s with using a lot of miscues, misdirection, and perfect harmony with one another. Defense is how can we stop an offense besides the tackling aspect? You have to try and read what the QB has in mind of what he wants. But I agree we have sucked so much at blocking 😂. Tackling we’ve been meh

In Utero

Sometimes I wonder if Pete Carroll knows it’s ok to get a 1st down on 2nd down?! Seriously, we don’t need to play for 3rd & short every series of downs.

Andre Hutson

I think it’s time we fully move on from Pete and Co. Mannnn it has been fun during the SB but enough is enough. I’d say trade Russ for a few first rounders and some players and get a new young HC and DC and just completely rebuild. Use some first round picks to get some help on the O line and then draft a round 1 QB. No use in trying to repeat 2013 every year

Roberto Adan

Was looking forward to the Seahawks vs rams in LA . Next year for sure . I’ll just watch it from home .
