welp, bad calls get seattle from the 20 back to the 40, apparently they felt pressured to throw instead of giving the ball to a star running back for a first down and more time chewed off the clock?

2 things, when the hawks got the ball to to the red zone with 1.40 some secs left on the clock STOP THROWING THE BALL!!!! run it so there is no room for a holding flag and make sure the only player blocking is a key blocker.. these idiotic holding calls out of play are ridiculous, don’t even engage FCS.. not during those crucial plays! these are things players should have sorted out at this level, work through the whistle, don’t run over to help your teammate cuz it appears he may be headed for a gap, let the play unfold and trust in your team to block those holes by doing THEIR jobs..especially if it means leaving the edge wide open, or a massive hole in the field, and STOP giving up on the run routes, defend till the end!!!!..holy smokes already… unreal, nothing worse than watching player leave his post to go help out or give up only to see his territory get shredded for a 35 yard completion, QB’s hope you abandon your post, many times the play relies on it.. don’t bite!

seems if this is going to be a run first team then they should play like it, when you get to red zone protect the ball, you have what 4 superstar backs and you throw it on a broken down play? and why did it break down? CUZ THE FALCONS ANTICIPATED!

they in no way expected the hawks to run 4 plays when they reached the red zone why do you think they set up a deep middle linebacker set, to stop the pass, so 2 backs should have been in take your pick and A. either check down pass when you see them bite OR b. actually hand it off and let your back go to work, they had 1.40 seconds, what if that play had connected for a TD then what? 30-27, they have 1:30 to either score a FG, or win it with a TD? why do this? why have these running backs if you’re not going to use them it reminds me of the superbowl when MArshawn did not get the rock, why do you not pass in that situation? cuz it cannot get intercepted if you don’t! and dejavu

maybe go back and watch W3’s NCAA highlights, are you kidding me? and you cannot see what his strengths are? I don’t want to say cuz then everyone else knows but its plain as day.. this guy is going to gain HUGE chunks of yards all day long off the right plays cuz NO ONE can change direction as quickly as he can much less turn up field as quickly as he can.. there I said, it, yes, directional shifts is where he shreds, many times he is beyond or into the secondary before they even figure out where he went.. and breaks into the end zone or tears off huge chunks, easy to see how he does it, the defense is going one way and by the time they realized he changed direction it’s too late, he is now already headed up field and they’re still in the lateral move… design a bagful of these plays for these red zones situations where you need 20 for the win, OR like the first game of the season the last offensive drive, all you needed was 2 first downs but you decided to throw two lame ducks then take the sac when you arguably have the best transitional runner in the NFL frankly he may be the best since like barry sanders, I see it, look how young he is, sheesh and I know fugg all about football or running backs but I see talent anyway..

the first game and the last the Hawks put themselves in the best possible situation they could be in but do the exact opposite they should have done, regardless of officials, officials tend to throw fewer holding flags on run plays cuz there is no time for anyone to hold.. there’s that, calculate a few odds in critical situations, whats are the odds the ball is intercepted if you hand the ball off to a back and tell him hang onto that rock as if your career depends on it? get out there and shred like the mozzarella on papa john’s pizza!!!

Hope Geno has a good game and stay’s very aggressive. Nothing to lose everything to gain fire up Lockett and DK. Seasons over so might as well just go for it every week. Pedal to the metal. Floor it guys & have fun lighting it up, “Go Geno!!!!!!!”.

The QB’s career stats says it all, don’t expect him to impress. He through more INTs than TDs. Besides Geno was on the shelf since 2015. why didn’t the seahawks keep Colin Kaepernick? don’t say money. they should pay him up and save the season.
