Kendall Hinton. The legend continues. I feel he makes the team. This is the same guy that was seen playing cb this off season and said he would do anything on the team asked of him.. thats who u like as a reserve guy because his versatility might make him a good special teams guy

That point about the bridgewater-jeudy connection makes too much sense. Jeudy thrived with Tua who is way more like Teddy than he is like Lock. I just don’t think Sutton or Patrick will get nearly enough shots deep with Teddy, but Jeudy and Hamler would thrive with him..
Here’s to hoping something clicks with Drew. By the way I don’t think that was a bad INT. A top 2 safety in the NFL baited him while covering a guy that won’t make the team, Fant or Albert O would actually have separation.

These guys keep saying that they know Teddy’s ceiling. That’s just a narrative. An echo. Denver now has a quarterback that has three full seasons as a starter and two full seasons backing up future hall of famer Drew Brees. If Teddy can facilitate thousand yard seasons for three Carolina Panther receivers, and another thousand total yards for the backup running back, imagine what he can do with Jeudy, Sutton, Hamler, and Gordon.
Teddy is a quality veteran, and these guys are trying to diminish him in support of the guy that they like, who in his third year is still an unknown entity. If they are the eyes of the community, their reporting shouldn’t be one sided. To say that Teddy would have snail mailed a seam route while contextualizing Locks pick six is a disgusting display of bias.
I actually think they are being pretty generous to teddy. We know what he is. He’s been in the league a long time and there’s a reason he’s on his 4th team. There’s also a reason his former team is paying him 7 million not to play there. His upside is Alex Smith, at best.

They may influence naïve fans, but the coaches will not be going on cheap generalities, and lazy conventional wisdom to decide who starts for the Broncos.
If there’s a reason Teddy’s been on four teams, there is also a reason he’s been able to get off of the plane and take the starting quarterback job. And if anyone knows who Teddy Bridgewater is, they would know what that reason is.

This is getting to a point that people need to shut up about it. Yes he threw a pick and no Teddy isn’t winning, it is practice where these plays first of all aren’t going to matter where players force it more than they normally would. How many players throw it out of bounds in a practice
You make great points! Practice is where you push yourself to make these throws to see if you can get those throws in and learn what you need to change in those spots. You shouldn’t be dumping any plays you have a chance to place a ball in a catch spot. I like having teddy as a backup but he just dinks and dunks way to much.

Bottom line is both of them will get good looks this season given both have injury histories. Kind of key for both of them to stay ready and positive.
Trade 2 1st, Patrick & Ojemudia for Rogers or Watson. Watson at this point you can offer a little less. Would still include Patrick & Ojemudia. Picks maybe a 1st, 2nd.
Can we just be happy that Shurmur said “the new things we are working on.” Which should be music to all our ears… the offense was kinda one dimensional. Which was a Covid and injury fall out.
