@Albert Cabezas those yards are yards after the catch. He just happens to have two of the fastest receivers in football.

Example: 1st TD against the Niners, was a 10-15 yd throw then ran for 65 yds. Tua has zero shot to put it in the air for 40+ w o a receiver having to wait for the ball, which means easier to pick off.

The Chargers basically said after the game, we knew to plug up the middle, change his timing and make him throw longer to the outside and over the top.

He was 10 of 28 for 145. That ain’t getting it done against playoff teams. I’m happy they aren’t a bottom feeder, but they have a lot of adjusting to do to beat teams w winning records on a regular basis.

@SP Conrad bro have you ever tried checking stats before saying stuff no you got it wrong he leads the league in balls thrown more than 30 yards down the field and that’s without yac he doesn’t lead the league in yac in fact Miami at the bottom of the league in YAC so get it together my guy

@Albert Cabezas yep that’s fine he has the one stat. Good stuff. That was done almost exclusively against teams w losing records, which yes you have to beat the teams that are on your schedule, but that isn’t the trend against teams w winning records, the Niners, the Chargers. When he played the Steelers they were lucky to get out of that game w win fortunately the Squealers had no TJ Watt for that one because we saw Nick Bosa throw him around and how quickly he was attempting to get rid of the ball.

Yes the stat is the stat, but we will see how that stat plays out the last four games. He’s good as long as everything is going just right. Easier to do when it’s above 40 degrees, harder to do below 40 w no running game to give the guy time for the game to come to him.

@SP Conrad yes but our problem isn’t Tua it’s bad schematic bad game plan with no adjustments that what teams with winning records do they adjust so stop throwing to the middle and start targeting other areas and new ideas because everybody on to what the Dolphins are going to do.

@Albert Cabezas McDaniel is new to HC’g, so I’m hoping he is getting good experience and is the real deal. His coordinators will tell the tale.

Just heard Buffalo will be the coldest game to date for the year and McDaniel is wearing a shirt at practice that says, “I wish it were colder”.

Hopefully they buy in and knock Buffalo off this weekend because they aren’t SB ready in my opinion, but they have been running the ball better than early in the season.
