From an Eagles fan, I still miss Nick Foles in Philly, but good luck to him as a Bears QB. I don’t know who’s the starting QB for Chicago this year, but Foles could somehow be an impact for the Bears offense. Good luck to the Bears this season.

Foles has the perfect mindset and it’s obvious he just enjoys the game. He will raise everybody’s level on the Bears, whether he starts or not. So glad to see him (and Trubisky!) representing the Bears and I hope they go all the way!

This guy **started** his career in a QB competition w/M. Vick! These guys in the press seem to not know that.
Yup and he took the same, steady approach while Vick cried in bed at night (according to Vick). Vick signed a then whopping 6 year $100 million contract going into 2011 and by the beginning of year three of that deal, he found himself in a QB competition with Foles that Foles eventually won. He’s the only guy who could make that fast-paced, read and react Chip Kelly offense go in the NFL. Vick couldn’t. Kaepernick couldn’t.
That’s something to be excited about because based on his OC hires, Nagy wants to run a lot of the Kelly stuff with the Reid stuff like Pederson, Reich and DeFilippo pulled together during their Super Bowl run. So far, only one QB has been able to pull that off in the NFL.
