Big White Duck he has to do “Walmart grocery bagger FA” as you call it, bcuz they have no cap space. Also each player is different and we have yet to see. People like you act like it’s all easy to draft. Only a handful of these people become Pro bowlers and it’s usually some random 5th rounder we all slept on.

Giving up all that draft capital just to reach for tight ends who had round 5-7 grades on them was pretty disappointing to watch.
Grades according to who? The same people who had literally NEVER even heard of Duron Harmon? Or “Seabass” Vollmer?
NIck Caserio, Ernie Adams and Bill Belichick and the rest of their staff have been way ahead of the curve on the draft game for years now. They set the trend in terms of the value of trading back to acquire more picks, on the value of defensive backs vs. pass rushers, and year after year they pull in the best crop of UDFA. Other teams pick through the Patriots cut list to fill out their rosters….Kenny Moore III for the Colts, Duke Dawson for Denver, Darryl Roberts for the Jets

@Patrick Patterson The tight end picks were terrible value. Drafting sleepers that weren’t on anybody else’s radar in late rounds is good and all, but reaching up and giving up picks on day 2 to get them when nobody else wants them is horrible value.
StabbyMacStabStab no offense but how do YOU know who’s on these teams radars? The whole radar nonsense is for the fans, the only true draft boards that matter are the ones internally for these 32 teams. If you’re not part of those draft rooms you have no idea…
@Guerdy When the tight ends who have better stats, taller, faster and performed overall better at the Combine are still on the board, it was pretty obvious that these guys weren’t the stand outs to get taken first.

The Linebackers were good picks. Dugger could have waited. They could have picked Cole Kmet. Very very disappointing.

Cole Kmet isn’t that much better than the TEs we got. The whole class is garbage.
What makes anyone thing taking a qb at this point could be better then stidham who we took last year in the 4th round. Stidham older and got a year behind brady to learn. People discount that so much when looking at these other names.
The few times he came into the 4th quarter , he sucked. He’s a hot weather player. He grew up in the south, played college ball in the south. He was good in August. Trade him to the Falcons.

@Big White Duck I practically begged them , on this channel, last year to pick Lock and then Winovich. They took a so so 2nd rounder and Winovich, then Siffham. Then I saw Rypien play laat pre season. I’ve been practically begging the Pats to get him. Lock git drafted higher and is paid more, they aren’t going to put Rypien ahead of him.

Asiasi = super fluid so I was not shocked, but I was shocked with the trade up for Keene. I really like Keene b/c he can do so many things. Question: Why trade up for Keene? I “think” he would have been there in the 4th and Pats lost both 4th rounders for him. Do pats really think he would be gone?
Keene was on the Jets radar, we would have lost out and I think every ones gonna love this kid
