@D Desimone You may think their soft? But nobody down south could handle the dangerously cold wind chills Minnesota, Montana, North, and South Dakota receive. Wisconsin gets cold, but not as cold as these states -50 to -60 below wind chill with frostbite in five minutes. And with the game, I’ll admit I’m a Vikings fan, yeah their defense isn’t great, but they find a way to win even if it’s the hard way. With the games they won, they is a saying “it don’t matter how you win, as long as you don’t lose”, again even if it’s the hard way. Back in 2019 Green Bay was the same way, they went (9-1) in one score games. The eleven games that were decided by one score, the opposing defense couldn’t stop them from getting down the field. Otherwise they would probably be (3-12) right now.

@ShiroKage-Zeffex Agreed with you 100%. Minnesota, North and South Dakota are dangerous places to hold outdoor football games in the winter time. Minus 50 to 60 below wind chill no thank you.

Last year the Vikes lost 8 one score games. Then, this year, we got an actual decent coach. Now, we’re winning the one score games. But, my nerves are screaming for a good old blowout like the team in 1969 — 52-14 against the Colts; 31-0 against the Bears; 51-3 against the Browns; 52-14 against the Steelers; 27-0 against the Lions. Ah, those were the good old days. They had the #1 points scoring team in the league & the defense gave up #1 lowest points in the league. They won the 2 playoff games & were 14 point favorites in the Super Bowl against Kansas City, who was the equivalent of a wild card team in those days. So, of course, the Vikings inexplicably lost 23-7, starting the invisible curse that’s followed them ever since. Then, the very 1st game the following season, with both teams having the exact same personnel, the Vikings beat the Chiefs 24-7. If anyone can explain it, please do.

@Karen Valentine  I think it really comes down to luck, some years a team just gets lucky and things go right. I think the way the team plays this year and how we are finishing games things could go their way even though they haven’t blown anyone out. I think come playoffs they might be a tough team to play. With teams focusing on JJ and no receiving records to worry about I could see him letting KJ and TJ wreck secondaries. I also feel like although we have the 2nd best record in the league other teams take us for granted since we don’t have those signature wins which might be able to help us. Keeping this 2nd seed would be huge especially if the eagles get knocked out. The way things are going it could (heavy emphasis on the could) be the vikings year if they can get things right on all three sides of the ball.
