@A Schiavello I’ve only been a fan since 93′. Rewatching some games and it seems like most of the penalties were exactly like that Gregory one, after a first down touchdown or big gain. McCarthy to a point has to be in their ear. Plus being accountable to your peers. Dak,Tank and Micah needs to be apart of that accountability as well.

@Kevin Campbell Absolutely! They’re all men. But I’m not talking about taking responsibility. I’m talking someone appointed to get up in their faces and make them aware of the yardage lost because of 17 flags in on game. You know our kicker definitely lost us games last year. But at least two kicks I remember were placed 10 yards further because of penalties. One their was 3 offsides flags before he kicked the ball. That’s 15 yards longer for a kicker I wanted to run to church before they even lined up. The Cowboy’s went for it on 4th down more than any other team because of him as well. If I’m not mistaken, didn’t Anthony Brown or some other player kick a field goal last year?

@A Schiavello not sure who kicked, maybe it was CJ Goodwin 🤷🏽‍♂️. I understand where you’re coming from, but it needs to be someone directly affected by the flag, I feel it should be a player or players.

@Kevin Campbell I think you’re right. Goodwin. Yes they do need to accept accountability. They’ll just say my bad. Or like we’ve seen. The player hits himself on the numbers and says it’s on me. Penalties are a part of the game. Every game. Some for you. Some against. But when you lead the league one year, and you have 17 in your first Preseason game. That’s excessive. I’m not sure how to fix it. But we can’t leave it be.
