Explain how Grier has messed up…if you go off last year and this one so far, Grier has done all the right things…every player traded or cut regardless of draft position hasn’t panned out…he has cut bait and either signed or found better players across the board…Raekwon cya, Ballage good riddance and all others…this team definitely headed in the right direction
