As a long time Falcons fan, I have to say that you guys are getting a good one. He is not the type to help carry a team anymore and he needs help ( way more help than Atlanta gave him last year) but he is still a very good qb. I hope that you treat him well.

As a monster Colts fan, a fan of football analytics, and good character – thank you ATL and Matt Ryan. I’ve always loved Matt Ryan, and he has so regularly been in the top 10. The things he has done without a supporting cast are nothing short of awesome. The notion he is “washed” isn’t founded in reality. He is everything the Colts needed. I am beyond stoked to have him. Getting him for a 3rd, and having the Falcons pay the moving expenses??? Fleecing. I still cannot fathom how bad it had to get where Matt Ryan had the leverage to be had for a third. Incredible to think about. Props to ATL fans who are mostly kind on our boards and fan pages. Class acts.

I’ve been a fan of Matt Ryan since we drafted him in 2008, I hated to see him leave but I am glad he did, he deserves to be with a winning team and he looks so happy now. Thank you in Indy for making Matt and his family feel welcome. Now together we fans can hope and pray like crazy he will lead the Colts to a winning season and beyond…GO COLTS!!!💙💙💙💙

People don’t realize how much of an impact it makes when someone like Matt introduces himself by name despite them obviously already knowing who he is.
It´s standard procedure so I guess the employees know how to deal with it. They know they players gotta do it, so the impact is actually pretty minimal.

From Matt you’ll get Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, level of play and leadership both! I promise you! Falcons fan here, been watching this guy since his very start as a rookie! Don’t know if you remember his very first pass in the NFL was a 63-yard bomb to Michael Jenkins for a touchdown! The guy started on day one as a rookie, has only missed three starts in 14 seasons! He’s the real deal believe me! Since 2016 he leads all quarterbacks in total yards and touchdown passes! He’s 8th all time in yards and touchdown passes in NFL history! And he still has plenty left in the tank!
Hello, Colt’s Fans! I grew up in GA and for the last 40+ years, I’ve been a loyal ATL fan! Regarding the Falcons, I became accustomed to being heart-broken and disappointed…with, the loss in Superbowl 51 outright gutting me! Even after that heart-breaker, I was (and still remain) a tremendous fan of Matt Ryan! I am sad to see him go but…I take comfort in the fact that Matt is going to Indy, which is a much more solid franchise! Trust me, Colt’s Fans…Matt has got a LOT of gas in the tank! So, be prepared to be WOWed! Matt DESERVES to have a team that’s solid and well-coached like Indy! I am an alumni of the University of Tennessee thus, I was always pulling for y’all in the Peyton years! (I also happen to hate the Patriots so, it wasn’t hard…LOL!) NOW…I will be routing for y’all again, not just because I love Matt but, because I feel in my heart that Indy will ascend to greatness and rally behind Matt! The Falcons, honestly, don’t deserve Matt regrettably. I hope that all you Colt’s fans embrace Matt…I am confident that he will not let y’all down!
