If we win more than 7 games this year he got the best out of this team. We are still a year or two from being able to win consistently. We have gotten to the point where we are in every game but we still have to play almost flawless to win whereas the great teams can make mistakes but still pull it out. It’s coming though. A coach shouldn’t only be measured by wins and losses. Not that they don’t matter but if the Pats hadn’t given Bill some losing seasons think of all they would have missed out on

David Newton is the worst writer and someone who covers a team ever. Every Panthers fan could write more in depth as well as make less errors and that’s without the same access as him. It’s like he never watches a game or even looks at a roster. It used to be pathetic but at this point it disrespectful that he still holds his job.

all i’m gonna say for matt rhule about the sean payton comment is that don’t ever put to much trust into people like tepper bcuz at any moment he can just switch up and say we need change and than sign a new coach by a blink of an eye.
By next year if he still with us with I believe he will. We’ll definitely be an established playoff team by then cuz by then, we’ll have the QB dilemma figured out by then. ##Takeoff!!

Exactly I don’t know why some pepole want rhule fired I’m not a panthers fan but I think he’ll do good this year pepole relize he’s never had an actual qb I don’t know why some fans want every coach fired every time they don’t get what they want
Also people forget that Riveras first two years were awful too then he turned it around… short memories
I like how he made a point to say Scott Fitterer is handling bringing in new players.
I’ve noticed alot of subtle “it was him not me” from both of them towards each other in recent media avails
Scotty should build the roster and let Matt focus on getting the best outta these players

That was a good press conference. He is clearly learning from past mistakes. Will it be enough…. I don’t know? He is headed the right direction though.
