This was great to see, it validates what I was assuming, It shows haters that these coaches know exactly what they are doing. I saw coaches that were VERY capable of interacting in a “personable” manner, Coaches that were Stern when needed and offered praise when appropriate, Coaches that were Constantly teaching both in mass group and when appropriate pulling guys aside individually (and especially patricia in a “hands on” manner,) showing these guy how to refine the little tiny nuances of their game and constantly working on improving their fundamentals…all while bringing them all together and keeping a TEAM untiy vibe…You can’t fake that for the cameras, these guys were comfortable at every turn and did it all while still injecting just enough fun into it to keep it from getting too intense….sorry I defy anyone to offer “constructive” criticism to this.
I love my man telling these kids at the beginning basically dont be pussies about the wind lol and then Patricia talking to Willikes and showing us it took him like 2 seconds to realize this kids strength is his POWER, Effort and motor and helping him understand how to use that as his strengths to intimidate his opponent. Also of note was how Anae was “listening intently and it showed oat Game time that he was paying attention and coachable. all simple observations that are very powerful to me.
